Hope dropped off some of their farm fresh eggs this week so I finally attempted this Fluffy French Toast recipe that has been sitting on my desk all summer…
Fresh eggs are unbelievable…
Light with large golden yellow yolks…
I credit those wonderful Ellington chickens for how tasty this breakfast dish turned out…
And, Hope, I owe Lincoln some cash for the eggs!!

French toast looks yummy! One of our gals has finally started to lay! We had an omelet and french toast with her eggs. We hope to have more, soon.
